SOCAP Mentor Program

Attention New Members -- Join the SOCAP Mentor Program!

SOCAP International is pleased to offer a Mentor Program designed to introduce new members to SOCAP and to assist them in getting the most benefit out of their memberships. The Mentor Program is a one-year program that matches new members with existing SOCAP members and involves regular communication throughout the year between mentors and mentees.

The pairing of new and existing SOCAP members through the Mentor Program promotes valuable networking and helps new members to understand the activities at SOCAP as well as to learn more about the customer care profession

The SOCAP Mentor Program includes these special activities:

• A New Member Forum to connect new members with each other and their mentors. This on-line tool is offered through the SOCAP website and allows members to post questions or comments about SOCAP or career issues.
  
• Networking opportunities through your local SOCAP chapter. New members are connected to their local chapters where they can stay well-connected to activities and events at the regional level.
