SOCAP International and the The Center for Client Retention/ENTREVISTA (TCFCR) are proud to partner in the distribution of TCFCR’s groundbreaking new study, “The Social Media Benchmarking Composite Report”.  For this study, 22 companies and 27,000 consumers provided feedback and data on how they use social media, what they expect from it, and what impressions consumers derive from companies’ social media efforts.  The study found 55% of consumers felt positively when companies responded to a social media posting, with only 5% reacting negatively and 40% remaining neutral. "This is a significant finding for the 22 companies and reinforces the value of monitoring social media sites," adds Richard Shapiro, CEO, TCFCR. "However, it's critical for companies to be aware of the fine line between using social media to connect with customers versus being in a constant selling mode." To purchase your copy of the TCFCR study:

**NOTE: SOCAP is in the process of a web redesign project. During this transition, SOCAP members will need to have two different logins to access the website. You will continue to log into the current SOCAP website for member benefits (e.g., the Member Directory, CRM Magazine articles, community listservs). However, when making a purchase of SOCAP products or to register for SOCAP events, users will be asked to log in to a temporary landing page using a different username and password. This is a temporary period and we greatly appreciate your cooperation during this transition with the SOCAP website.
