Your SOCAP membership entitles you to a wide variety of products, services, benefits and special discounts. Below is a list of the various offers available to active SOCAP members:
• SOCAP Communities — SOCAP offers many ways for members to get involved in groups that pertain specifically to the type of work they do. The following SOCAP Community categories are available to help members customize their memberships:
Industry Communities — Allow members to connect with colleagues through industry-specific networking opportunities. Members may participate in one of six current Industry Communities: Automotive, Food & Beverage, Household & Personal Care, Retail & Consumer Goods, Healthcare and Travel & Hospitality. Canada Community — Focuses on market trends, customer practices and legislative rules that pertain to the Canadian consumer. The SOCAP Canada Community is free to join.
Executive Community — Open to members in senior-most customer care positions within their companies.
• Chapter Membership — Provides opportunities to connect with other SOCAP members at the regional level. SOCAP Chapters provide a venue for meeting other local customer care professionals and sharing insights, ideas and best practices. Chapters also provide invaluable education to members through programs and events.
• Special Pricing on SOCAP Events and Publications — Receive discounts on SOCAP events, including the Annual Conference, Symposium, Chapter Events and Webinars. Members also enjoy discounts on all SOCAP publications, research data, benchmarking studies and other resources.
