2004 SOCAP Canada Best Practices Survey
The Society of Consumer Affairs
Professionals of Canada (SOCAP Canada) has just what you need to
understand how your contact centre compares to others in Canadian
business.
SOCAP Canada invites you to participate
in the
SOCAP Canada Best Practices Survey. The findings of the study will
provide your company with specific benchmarking information on the use
of toll-free numbers, IVR/VRU and the Internet as customer contact
handling mediums.
All you need to do to participate is fill
out the attached survey and the results will be sent to you free of
charge.
To ensure the usefulness of the results,
we would appreciate it if only one person per company completes this
survey or, if your company has more than one contact centre and the
contact centres are operated independently, one person per contact
centre.
The survey will take approximately twenty
minutes to a half hour to complete.
The results of the survey will be sent
only to those participants who complete the survey. Accordingly, you
will be asked at the beginning of the survey to provide an e-mail
address, which we will be used only for the purposes of sending you the
final survey report.

discusses topics such as data capture and analysis, selecting a tracking
